In all fairness there knowledge of the planning process in the beginning was good, as were their drawings of the kitchen extension and their structural work. However the finish of their work and overall general behaviour ( screaming and threatening) left us with the requirement to call the police after they threatened to break into our house when we refused to pay them for work that was still outstanding. We were mislead, lied to, overcharged and utlimately delivered below par work. Would strongly advise others to avoid the McGinnity's.
