Garden?

Now that the house moves on, thoughts turn to the garden.
Here’s some decking I liked the look of:
And another – overlaid?
We want to have some decking outside the patio doors and then some raised beds where we want to grow vegetables. Finally there will be a chicken coop (for S’s chickens) and the shed at the end of the garden – possibly with a seating area at the bottom of the garden to catch the last rays of the day.
And here’s a very first draft of what the garden might look like:

Looks good. Are the veg patches in the sunniest position?

What Dad means is, should the veg patch be on the left side as you look down the garden? The sun is predominantly from the right side, and there may be a bit of shade from the fence/trees on your border with neighbours on the right side. If you turned your shed to have the door facing up the garden, maybe the path could go on the right, leaving the left for the veg? Still leave an area for sitting right down the bottom. Maybe something at the end of the path to screen the shed – such as an arch with climbers, or even a trellis on the shed itself?
